* Achieving a reputation of claims excellence, innovation and service delivery in the Marketplace.
* Ensuring you are operating within appropriate regulatory framework boundaries; adhere to all Inigo’s policies, audits, controls and risk procedures; and protecting all licences and agreements.
To do this, we’re going to need you to bring:
* Extensive technical claims expertise and demonstrable working knowledge of the most significant and complex claims, ideally gained from working for a Lead insurer.
* A solutions orientated mindset working with Clients and Brokers in stressful situations.
* A rich pedigree of leadership experience, comfortable to lead from the front and lead by example with the internal claims team, in the Market and externally with Brokers and Clients.
* A solid belief in a team culture. Developing and growing others by coaching and inspiring them to grow and succeed will be critical to the future success of Inigo.
* A passion for data analytics and using trends to drive better outcomes for Inigo and Clients.
