The Performance Marketing department is embarking on an exciting growth journey, with a renewed global strategic direction for B2B lifecycle marketing. We are seeking a skilled, customer-obsessed lifecycle marketer who will contribute to shaping our vision to design meaningful customer journeys for diverse business audiences, from prospects to paying customers, across the globe. Reporting to the Director of Global CRM & Lifecycle, you'll collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams, as well as commercial stakeholders. As our Global CRM & Lifecycle Manager, you'll implement and optimise Trustpilot’s marketing programmes and integrated campaigns, maximising value and growth throughout the entire customer journey. You'll contribute to strategies that accelerate brand engagement, acquisition, product adoption, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, renewals, and customer retention. What you'll be doing: Craft and refine campaigns that showcase the value of Trustpilot to prospects and customers at every stage of their journey. Support the launch of global and multi-market campaigns, from planning and content creation to implementation and performance analysis. Take ownership of targeting the right audience for each campaign, crafting compelling messaging and copy, and deploying campaigns within our email automation tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Integrate market-specific insights into global lifecycle campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness across key regions. Continuously track and evaluate the performance of lifecycle campaigns and activities, identifying optimisation opportunities to improve results and scale successes. Explore and implement test-and-learn strategies, sharing results and best practices with relevant marketing teams. Collaborate with in-house and agency creative resources to develop engaging content for multi-channel campaigns, encompassing email, video, digital, webinars, workshops, conferences, events, awards programmes, and more. Who you are: Experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, growth marketing or a similar field. Preferably managing any of the above within a B2B SaaS business. An advanced understanding of email marketing best practices and confidence with other lifecycle marketing channels - in-app, direct mail, events (in-person and virtual), digital/social, etc. Significant experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Solid experience in evaluating lifecycle KPIs and communicating performance back with the team & stakeholders Highly developed project management capabilities Well-versed in building partnerships with stakeholders and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. Effective communication and presentation skills, with a highly collaborative approach. Fluency in written and spoken English, with skilled ability to write compelling marketing copy and leverage tone of voice guidelines.
