How you’ll make a difference We're looking for someone passionate about understanding and securing the infrastructure that supports TSB services and operations. You’ll be working in a team of cyber security SMEs and responsible for leading vulnerability assessment, remediation secure build and configuration of the assets which make up the TSB infrastructure estate, including data centre, cloud, networks and office/branch. You will make a difference in your role by supporting the implementation of Infrastructure & Cloud security strategy, policy, controls, services, metrics and compliance. You will also support on vulnerability management strategy, policy, controls, services, metrics and compliance for the on-premise and cloud estate What you’ll bring • Good understanding of network security principles and practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A degree in Information Security or a related discipline is preferred, or relevant certifications such as Security, CISM, CISSP, CSSLP are a plus. • Ability to support the application of offensive and defensive security techniques, utilizing open-source frameworks such as OWASP and CVSS. • Ability to help develop and maintain NAC, Micro Segmentation, DDoS and WAF protection measures. • Experience of implementing micro-segmentation strategies within network security. • Experience of operating and supporting tools for Vulnerability, Firewall, WAF, and DDoS solutions. • Hands-on experience in delivering security solutions and supporting security operations. • Ability to collaborate with and support senior team members in managing Information Security tasks. • Ability to track and report on non-compliance remediation efforts, ensuring accountability and progress. • Ability to assist in reviewing vulnerabilities, assessing their impact, and prioritizing remediation efforts based on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
