What our Principal Process Integration Engineer will do:
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, our Principal Process Integration Engineer will be joining a resourceful team responsible for developing the Trench MOSFET device/process for different voltage segments to deliver higher efficiency solutions for our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing Technologies for 200mm & 300mm platforms and working with third-party vendors/fabs.
2. Executing major process development or integration tasks and building up product and process integration knowledge.
3. Project/sub-project leadership of process development or integration tasks on complex projects.
4. Supporting qualification of new processes and product developments which includes the Substrate & Epi process.
5. Able to plan and execute Design of Experiments.
6. Delivering presentations with findings and conclusions.
7. Implementing technical process development procedures and standards in projects.
8. Acting as a technical mentor for less experienced team members.
9. Supporting technical crisis management. (Yield issues, excursions in fab, etc).
10. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
What you will need:
1. Essential: Masters degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar.
2. Good knowledge of working in semiconductor fab in process integration.
3. Good knowledge of Trench MOS at low (30/40/60V) and high voltage (80/100/150V) platforms.
4. Thorough knowledge of all modules (Mask, etch, PVD, CVD, Diffusion).
5. Team player with a strong drive to achieve success.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
