Hybrid working, 2 days working from homeKeywords: Project Management, medium voltage, high voltage, switchgear, control panels, distribution, electrical engineering Turner Lovell are looking for a Project Manager to join a market leading and innovative engineering firm, to help deliver MV systems on multiple projects based throughout the UK. The client is looking for a DNO experienced individual to lead, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of the electrical equipment from point of order right through to installation on site. Experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects of £50 - £100k (with potential for projects worth £700k) within the UK is critical for this role. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the engineering, and procurement teams, as well as external customers and suppliers. Key duties: To lead, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of primary & secondary electrical equipment / systems on project sites from point of order right through to installation Work with the manufacturing factory, engineering team and procurement teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality & SHEQ standards and within budget. Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and manage their expectations. Manage and foster a strong relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Identify and resolve any project issues that may arise. Prepare and submit non-conformance reports. Work with the internal engineering team to assist with project processes and efficiencyRequirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar related field 3 years Project Management within the UK renewable energy industry Experience working with DNOs and TSOs in the UK. Strong understanding of primary electrical equipment and systems used for transmission / distribution / power generation networks Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
