We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, sales administration, and relationship management. Hours 37.5 Work location: 100% office based Key Responsibilities: Customer & Sales support Handle customer enquiries professionally, ensuring a seamless journey from initial enquiry to sale and completion. CRM & Lead Management: Manage the CRM system, track sales activities, and develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Sales Administration: Own and manage sales processes, ensuring accurate logging of quote and order values. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams to meet business objectives. Campaign Management: Oversee sales functions related to marketing campaigns for specific technologies. Teamwork & Personal Development: Foster a positive team environment, uphold our core values, and take responsibility for your own professional growth. What We re Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner. Experience in account and project management. Relationship-building expertise with both clients and internal teams. IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
