About our Nursery
Busy Bees Loughborough is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 40 children. We provide a nurturing environment for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, with dedicated rooms and spaces designed for each age group. This ensures that every child can play, learn, and have fun at a pace that suits them. Our secure outdoor space allows children to enjoy fresh air and engage with nature.
Conveniently located on Storer Road, just off Ashby Road (A512), our nursery is about a 15-minute walk from Loughborough town centre. There are also several bus stops nearby for easy access via public transport.

Role Responsibilities:
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Skills: Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
