Contracts Manager (small works)
Location: West Midlands (travel required)
We are currently looking for a small works contracts manager for a reputable facilities/refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Warwickshire.
Due to their continued growth and success, they are now looking to bring in an experienced individual to be responsible for approximately £150k of projects per month.
With an extensive portfolio of blue-chip clients and customers, they are looking for someone to be responsible for the delivery of these schemes/projects within sectors including: healthcare, food retail, and commercial.
Scope of works typically includes small plumbing repairs such as tap changes, flooring projects and repairs, fire door installations and repairs, through to LED lighting upgrades. In regard to any M&E projects that may arise, you will have the full support of the M&E department for any technical queries or questions.
