We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual, who is hard working and eager to join our letting agents. General day to day administrative support as part of the office team as well as playing a crucial role with the lettings portfolio.
Key Details
Salary: £6.40p/h increases to NMW after 12 months
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:30AM – 17:30PM 37.5 hours per week
Location: 163 Clarendon Park Road Leicester, Leicestershire, LE2 3AJ
Apprenticeship Details: 16 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/ remote).
Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)
As an apprentice lettings negotiator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our lettings portfolio, working towards key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors. You will be responsible for securing property lets, dealing with enquiries and viewings. Your day to day duties will include:
1. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
2. Dealing with phone calls, administration and move-in assistance.
3. Engaging with all clients in a positive manner ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are always maintained. This will include responding to enquiries from all portals and arranging property viewings.
4. Conducting property viewings and providing feedback via email and phone.
5. Obtaining reviews via Google or Trustpilot.
6. Managing the business marketing plan including our Facebook and Instagram sites, posting and advertising properties.
7. Managing and keeping a record of property keys – signing keys in and out of the office for contractors.
8. Helping with dressing properties and taking photographs.
9. Managing and issuing tenancy documentation.
10. Conducting property inspections and generating detailed reports.
11. Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate property information and personal information.
12. Identifying potential issues early to prevent problems from escalating.
13. Understanding laws and regulations that apply to their role including data protection, health & safety, compliance etc.

Specific vacancy requirements:
1. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
2. A good standard of education (GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent).
