The Operational Improvement Team provides business improvement support to the Council to enable it to be efficient and effective in delivering its objectives. You will have opportunities to support and lead on important projects, and work as part of a valued team undertaking improvement work to ensure the council’s resources operate effectively and efficiently. You will scope projects, hold workshops, map processes and identify areas for improvement using business improvement techniques in line with council priorities, often working on multiple projects at any time. You must be able to work alone or as part of a team in a demanding environment and have experience of business process re-engineering and system development.
