The Role:
* As the Reception Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team
* Ensure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
* The Reception Manager is responsible for managing and creating exceptional and memorable first impressions to all hotel users
* Assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of exceptional customer services
* Organised, structured, able to delegate whilst addressing all business needs
* Operates with a sale and promotes the hotel brand's loyalty scheme
* Maximise room occupancy at best rates
* Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
* Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members
* Support and assist with training, absence monitoring, performance managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing
* Product savvy, knowledgeable in expected services and pricing
