Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join Mental Health Team’s based in Oxfordshire.
To be successful in this role you must have a relevant Professional registration (SWE, NMC OR HCPC), be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

The Primary Duties of the role’s (please note these will vary depending on the team):
5. Provide high quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence to identify appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users.
6. Care planning
7. Care Coordination
8. Managing a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA)
9. Psychosocial intervention
10. Risk assessments and supporting with Adult Safeguarding
11. Working as part of MDT
12. Actively participate in, and contribute to supervision and team meetings
13. Maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and self-directed support in order to apply a strong evidence base to ensure consistency and a high quality of service delivery.
What we are looking for in a Mental Health Practitioner:
14. Post Qualified Registration in a core profession at degree level
15. Eligible to work in the UK
16. Hold a full UK license (where role is community based)
