The Project Director will lead the implementation of a newly procured Student Information System (SIS) and associated organisational change. This is a pivotal role that combines deep technical understanding with exceptional leadership, strong analyst skills, and business change management skills. The post will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this major software implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder engagement, and driving the required organisational and process changes to maximise the systems impact. Additionally, the post will be fully accountable for delivering the objectives associated with implementing a new student information system, ensuring its success and long-term value to the organisation.
