YOU are who we are looking for!\n\nThe role\n\nOffering a friendly and professional greeting service as the initial point of contact.\nCoordinating reservations for meals, accommodations, and travel.\nDrafting and dispatching company communications and paperwork.\nSustaining a professional rapport with wider team and promptly addressing any facility-related concerns.\nAssisting the recruitment team with administrative based tasks.\nPlanning and organising social events, including budget management. .\nIdentifying and implementing process improvements to boost team productivity.
