About the Role
As the Social Media Manager at Tommy French Competitions, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and connection with our audience. You will work closely with senior leadership to generate content that engages our customers and helps to grow the company's presence.
Responsibilities
* Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for Tommy French Competition's social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Telegram.
* Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage community interactions across all social channels to ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
* Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction and strengthen relationships.
* Account Management: Oversee and maintain the social media accounts, assisting in content generation, posting, and scheduling to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
* Creation of highly engaging and disruptive content. We want someone with a wild imagination.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to enhance engagement and reach.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the social strategy remains relevant and effective.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the gambling or ecommerce industry although this is NOT essential.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a history of creating engaging and viral content.
* Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
* Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
