Essential Requirements:
* Valid UK manual driving licence and own vehicle.
* Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
* Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector.
* Supervisory or management experience.
* Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficient in IT and systems.
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire.
