The organisation is recruiting for a Business Analyst on the Retail side of the business, acting as a Systems Integrator for a large retail business. The successful candidate will add capability to the existing IT function, taking ownership of requirements definition and analysis, and systems process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing solutions.
* Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies.
* Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas.
* Performing requirements definition and analysis.
* Documenting and communicating results.
* Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
* Gathering critical information from stakeholders and producing reports.
* Ensuring solutions meet business needs.
* Participating in user acceptance testing.
* Updating system process and procedure documentation.
Requirements:
* Proven Senior/Lead BA experience with Business Analysis/BABOK expertise.
* Retail experience with knowledge of PoS, WMS, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Data Warehousing.
* Ability to operate independently and make critical decisions.
* Experience working with external customers and partners.
* Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Multi-site and international experience is an advantage.
* Professional BA certification is desirable.
