Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Tamworth based client to recruit for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. Main duties of the Customer Service Administrator include: Handle customer queries via telephone and email, as well as resolving any issues Process sales orders Input data into the system and ensure it is kept up to date Keep in touch with customers throughout the order process, making them aware of any delays Liaise with internal departments This role would suit someone who is a confident and clear communicator with excellent customer service skills. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you can work on your own initiative as well as within a team environment.
