About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to have at least 1 year's experience working with young people with challenging behaviour. This is a great opportunity for a bubbly and proactive Behaviour Mentor to work in a school, offering support to students between the ages of 11-16 inside and outside the classroom. Your role will involve working with students who have ADHD, SEMH, as well as challenging behaviour. Due to the students' needs, it is essential for the ideal Behaviour Mentor to be capable of handling complex situations. You'll work alongside the class teacher to help improve the students' behaviour.

Ideal Behaviour Mentor

* Experience working with vulnerable young people

* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the update system
