The role As a Senior Administrator within the Marine Inspection and Monitoring Service Line, you will be responsible for various administrative responsibilities whilst working as part of a greater team. You will be handling requests for support and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role is interesting and varied – day-to-day activities are largely driven by requests from project engineering staff but you would also be dealing with suppliers and other internal stakeholders such as Finance and QHSSE. You will, for example, be coordinating travel requests, raising purchase requests, assisting with client invoicing, tracking outstanding items such as purchases and deliveries – essentially coordinating and scheduling various tasks. Also, managing meetings, appointments, and events, as well as maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems. Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an administrative or support role, showcasing excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and ideally Sharepoint). You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. A proactive and flexible approach to work will be highly valued, as we seek someone who can adapt to the dynamic needs of our organization.
