We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded recruiter to join our high-performing US Tech practice at Insight Recruitment.
As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant specialising in Business Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth across the US technology market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where you'll build strategic relationships with some of the most innovative tech companies in the world.
You'll be joining a team that has already established significant traction in the US market. Now, we’re looking for someone who can take this to the next level—bringing in new clients, expanding our reach, and connecting ambitious businesses with exceptional talent.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive Growth: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the US tech space, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
* Solution Selling: pitching and selling a range of different Insight products, including Retained Search, Subscription Model, and Augment.
* Client Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment solutions that support their growth plans.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process end-to-end—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
* Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and use your knowledge to inform clients, influence hiring decisions, and shape our business development approach.
* Collaborative Culture: Partner with our internal delivery teams to ensure candidate shortlists meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.
* Performance-Focused: Proactively manage your sales and recruitment pipeline, hitting both individual and team targets in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Are You the Right Candidate?
You’ll be an experienced recruiter who thrives on building new relationships and sees business development as more than just cold calls—it’s about building trust, adding value, and spotting opportunities before others do. You will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in 360 or 180 recruitment, with a strong emphasis on business development
* A solid understanding of the US tech market, including trends, terminology, and competitive landscape
* A proven ability to open doors, win new business, and build strong, consultative client relationships
* Drive and resilience, with a desire to exceed targets in a competitive, evolving space
* Confidence in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders with ease
* A passion for technology and innovation, with a curiosity for how recruitment can shape the future of the industry
