Join Vision Survey as a Recruitment Administrator and play a vital role in shaping our talented and growing workforce. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating and managing various administrative tasks to ensure an efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and sourcing candidates.
2. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure all candidate information is accurate and accessible.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating initial training sessions.
4. Administer employee training records and certification tracking to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Work closely with management to understand training requirements and develop tailored training initiatives.
6. Implement and promote a positive and compliant recruitment and training processes across the organisation.
7. Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, including employment legislation and health and safety requirements.
8. Contribute to improvements in the recruitment process and candidate experience.
9. Assist in organising recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
10. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
11. Maintain candidate databases and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a recruitment administrator or a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
2. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment campaigns and training programs.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with candidates and team members.
4. Experience using Boolean searches via LinkedIn or other sourcing software is desirable.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
