We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO in his mission to transform culture and unlock potential within businesses globally. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and make a meaningful impact As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the CEO’s time, energy, and focus are fully aligned with business needs. Your role will include managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, supporting travel and event logistics, and helping to maintain organisation across the CEO’s personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar using effective time management systems. Prepare briefing notes and manage the CEO’s meetings and engagements. Coordinate and confirm meetings, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place. Create high-quality proposals, documents, and presentations. Support the CEO in speaking engagements and ensure smooth operations on the day. Handle communications, including email management and transcribing dictated messages. Maintain digital filing systems and help with office and home operations. Assist in managing social media accounts and content creation for personal branding.
