I am supporting a client of mine with their search for a Senior HR Advisor. This a true generalist role where you will work as part of a broader team to deliver an efficient HR service and drive a high performance culture. In this role you will gain a huge amount of exposure and have the opportunity to support on a number of exciting HR projects. Below is an overview of the key things you will support with: Providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance to Managers across all areas of HR Coaching and upskills Managers Advising on a variety of ER cases, including absence and performance related issues Leading on maternity / paternity / flexible working requests Preparing reports with analysis on HR data Supporting with compensation and benefits reviews Continually reviewing HR policies and processes in line with legislative changes Liaising with the global HR team where necessary To be considered for this role it is essential that you have extensive HR generalist experience with a proven track record in coaching Managers. Strong communication skills and demonstrating a real passion for the work you do are also important for this role.
