We are seeking a full time Art Teacher to work on a long term basis from January and currently working with an “Outstanding” school in South Staffordshire. The school has a reputation for having a welcoming and caring learning environment. You will be a key part of the KS3 and KS4 team where you will ensure a safe, nurturing yet empowering environment to protect the health, well-being, and development of all the young people and staff.
To be successful in your application you must have the following:
A bachelor’s degree in education, a related field, or relevant experience.
Knowledge of School Curriculum
A passion for teaching
Be reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment.
Good approach to behaviour management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified teaching status (QTS).
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons to enhance student learning.
Assess, record and report on student progress to parents/carers.
Create an effective environment for learning.
Utilize and promote the use of technology in the classroom.
