We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's dynamic and skilled HR team. This pivotal role ensures a smooth and positive candidate experience while providing exposure to various HR functions within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire interview scheduling process, coordinating with candidates, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and hiring managers.
* Schedule video and on-site interviews across multiple time zones, book rooms, and manage related tasks.
* Maintain accurate candidate records, interview schedules, and documentation.
* Provide candidates with necessary information, ensure a positive experience, and address any concerns.
* Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager, resolving scheduling conflicts and providing updates.
HR Support:
* Assist with inductions when the Talent Development & Diversity Specialist is unavailable.
* Remind new hires of required documents and deadlines, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
* Send reminders for appraisal deadlines and assist with filing.

Experience:
* Previous experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or a similar administrative role is required; candidates from agency backgrounds will not be considered.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and schedules.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or similar software is essential.
