* Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical documentation, including surveys, installation guides, cabling standards, configuration processes, and sign-off documents.
* Proactively identify areas where documentation can be improved, particularly in relation to on-site activities.
* Make remote configuration changes to live databases, understanding the full scope and operation of the site systems.
* Troubleshoot and communicate effectively with Field Engineers to ensure systems are running optimally.
* Review and interpret site drawings, ensuring that new networking and patching solutions are accurately documented.
* Ensure documentation adheres to version control standards and is communicated seamlessly across all teams (internal and external).
* Maintain regular communication with Project teams and Field Resources to ensure alignment on project status and requirements.
* Record and report technical issues raised by engineers on-site, providing detailed daily/weekly updates to management and identifying patterns to pinpoint areas requiring additional training or resources.
