As our new Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of a 6-bedded children's home. You will be supported by two assistant managers, who will be part of your management team and have supervisory responsibilities over the staff team. You will also work closely with the home's Responsible Individual to ensure that the experiences of children in your care are positive, ambitious, and lead to successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the children's home. Lead and support a team of dedicated staff. Collaborate with assistant managers and the Responsible Individual.
