Location: Home-based (covering Theddlethorpe, Mablethorpe & Withern, Lincolnshire)
Salary: £13,993 - £15,035 per year (FTE £23,534 - £25,286)
⏳ Hours: 22 per week (some evenings and weekends required)

We’re looking for a Health & Wellbeing Leader to help deliver life-changing programmes for people across Theddlethorpe, Mablethorpe, and Withern—helping them improve their physical health, mental well-being, and social connections.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll lead and deliver engaging health and wellbeing programmes, working with individuals and community groups to create positive change.
Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Running fun and accessible physical activity sessions for the community
✔ Helping people improve their health and reach personal goals
✔ Building strong relationships with local partners, groups, and referral services
✔ Supporting with programme data, reporting, and feedback
✔ Showcasing success stories and community impact with our communications team
✔ Ensuring sessions are safe, inclusive, and well-organised
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
✔ Passionate about helping others improve their health & wellbeing
✔ A great communicator and motivator, able to engage with a range of people
✔ Experienced in delivering sport, fitness, or wellbeing programmes
✔ Knowledgeable about health conditions and barriers to physical activity
✔ Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
✔ Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed
✔ A team player who shares our values of inclusivity and community support
You should have a Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Sport, Fitness, or Personal Training, plus a First Aid & Safeguarding Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
