We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sustainability Advisory Director to lead our sustainability advisory practice in KSA. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and executing a market strategy to position +Impact as a leader in sustainability advisory services. The role involves building a high-performing team, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth by delivering impactful and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy aligned with national and regional priorities such as Vision 2030. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in sustainability, including energy transition, ESG advisory, and circular economy initiatives.
* Financial Oversight and Cash Management: Ensure the financial health of the sustainability advisory practice by monitoring budgets, revenues, and expenditures. Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and protect the organization’s financial interests.
* Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary sustainability advisory team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders. Understand client sustainability challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
* Advisory Service Delivery: Oversee the design and delivery of sustainability advisory services, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices. Monitor and evaluate the impact of advisory projects.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the advisory team. Provide regular reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of leadership in sustainability advisory, with a focus on the Middle East or KSA market.
* Deep knowledge of sustainability trends, ESG frameworks, and regulatory landscapes.
* Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in sustainability, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion in sustainability advisory services.
* Experience in building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Familiarity with KSA’s sustainability priorities, including Vision 2030.
* Visionary and results-driven, with a passion for driving sustainability and impact.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in dynamic and evolving markets.
* Culturally sensitive, with the ability to navigate diverse organizational and national landscapes.
