Client Local Authority in Twickenham Job Title Facilities Management-Compliance Administrator Pay Rate £19.41 an hour PAYE/£25.66 an hour UMBRELLA Hours 36 hours a week(Mon-Fri) 9AM-5PM Duration Initial 6 month contract Location HYBRID WORKING-2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE-York House, Twickenham and Wandsworth Town Hall Description Job Purpose Responsible for providing high-quality administration support to the FM ComplianceTeam Leader and FM Technical Services management team ensuring that plannedpreventative maintenance and statutory compliance status is consistently high acrossall premises that the FM are responsible. Administer the FM Compliance in box and work closely with the FM Performance CAFMteam to ensure that the direct and indirect workforce understand process and areusing the in box correctly. Specific Duties and Responsibilities 1. Through proactive document and data management ensure that statutory andmandatory compliance percentages are always above 85% across an diverseestate comprising of approximately 230 properties throughout the boroughs ofWandsworth and Richmond Upon Thames. 2. Daily management of the FM Compliance email in-box to ensure that documentsare compliant and uploaded to Concerto as quickly as possible. 3. Daily management of the FM Compliance email in-box and communication bytelephone and email with contractors to ensure that any Remedial Worksidentified from PPM visits are quickly converted into quotes received in the FMCompliance inbox and processed to the FM Building Services team for approval. 4. Daily use the Concerto CAFM system. Work closely with FM Building ServicesAdministrator to ensure that PPM works are notified to the contractors quarterlyin advance. 5. Work with the FM Building Services Team to ensure that all asset data held inConcerto is regularly reviewed, accurate and that the PPM regime for each assetis CIBSE Guide M compliant and aligned to SFG20 best practice. 6. Arrange Concerto CAFM training and refresher training for key contractor andcontractor administrators.
