As Senior E-Commerce Executive, youll be at the heart of our global team, driving our brands digital presence, optimising our e-commerce channels, and delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. The Person
Our client is looking for a passionate, forward-thinking web and digital marketing expert with a drive to create outstanding online shopping experiences. This role is ideal for an organised and motivated team player with a love for the cosmetics industry, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Launches & Updates: Oversee the e-commerce team to ensure smooth product launches, maintaining up-to-date product details, and optimising collection and landing pages to reflect our brands evolving story.
* Manage the product catalogue, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across all products, images, and information to maximise customer engagement.
* Analyse key e-commerce metrics, from upselling opportunities to abandoned carts, and continuously optimise to drive conversions and customer retention.
* Promotion & Offer Management: Strategize, implement, and analyse promotions, discounts, and special offers, creating compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.
* Website Enhancements: Collaborate with the web development team on website updates, feature integrations, and layout changes to enhance functionality and user experience.
* Feature Innovation: Continuously review and propose new site features and functionalities that set us apart in the competitive landscape.
* Design, implement, and analyse email marketing and SMS campaigns, including driving the Klaviyo SMS strategy to reach and engage our audience effectively.
* Keep a pulse on e-commerce trends and competitor activities, using insights to boost website performance and customer experience.
* Oversee the BPerfect app, ensuring seamless product uploads, functionality, and performance reporting.
* Provide regular performance insights via Shopify, Google Analytics, and custom reportsdaily, monthly, and quarterlyto inform data-driven decision-making.
* Work closely with the in-house design team to develop engaging online assets that enhance the digital shopping experience.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing or e-commerce role.
* Proven experience in website management and e-commerce platform optimization.
* Experience with email marketing software and campaign management.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage at least one team member.
Desirable Criteria
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Background in the cosmetics industry.
* Experience with TikTok, including TikTok Shop.
* SEO expertise and experience in web design/optimization.
