Job Description
* Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Support the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selection.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
* Assist in performance management processes.
* Contribute to the creation of HR reports and data analysis.
* Participate in HR projects, such as onboarding plans and employee surveys.
* Provide advisory services to employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
* Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Strong understanding of employment law.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* The ability to handle confidential information.
