Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant/Secretary to assist with document revision and manage daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revise and edit company documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
2. Manage daily affairs of the company, supporting various operational needs.
3. Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with team members and clients.
4. Utilize office software efficiently to create, organize, and manage documents and reports.
Qualifications:
1. Strong written and spoken English skills.
2. Proficient communication skills in Chinese (conversational level).
3. Good command of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Business or translation background preferred; Economic and financial background is preferred; Blockchain and AI majors are preferred; Simultaneous interpretation is preferred.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
