We are looking for a General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales efforts across multiple divisions, including UK Sales, Export, GEDA, and Laser & Fabrication. Role Description
As General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our sales operations, ensuring each department meets its targets while maintaining strong leadership within the team. Your role will be a mix of strategic planning, team management, sales performance monitoring, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
* Develop and implement sales targets and growth strategies for all sales divisions.
* Create sales forecasts in collaboration with each team and communicate them to production in a timely manner.
* Monitor and evaluate monthly sales performance across all divisions.
* Present sales reports, performance updates, and strategic plans to the board.
Trade Shows & Marketing Coordination:
* Identify, plan, and oversee trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring strong brand presence and lead generation.
* Liaise with internal and external marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Team Management & Development:
* Conduct regular appraisals and performance reviews with the sales team.
* Submit pay reviews and recommendations to the board for approval.
* Oversee HR and staffing matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
* Manage holiday requests and ensure adequate cover within the team.
* Request necessary benefits and tools (e.g., phone, laptop, vehicles).
