Admin and Reprographics Assistant
Salary: £20,620.38 to £20,943.92
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Outwood Grange Academy is based in the cathedral city of Wakefield and we are proud to be rated Good by Ofsted. As an Admin and Reprographics Assistant, you will support our ethos of raising standards and transforming lives by supporting the smooth operational running of the Academy. The right candidate will have a flexible approach to work and be able to thrive under pressure whilst managing competing deadlines.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 07:45am until 03:45pm, and Fridays 07:45am until 03:15pm.
The main responsibilities for this role will be to support the administration team. This will include supporting the efficient running of Reception during busy periods and working as the Receptionist every Friday plus during staff absence. Other duties include printing and photocopying materials such as exam papers. Therefore, experience working in an administrative role or office environment and confidence using photocopying equipment will be beneficial.
The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and relate in a pleasant and sympathetic manner to children are essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills will be key for this role. You will be a vital team player, working with many different departments within the Academy.
