In this opportunity, Guerlain is looking for a Sales and Marketing Sr. Manager for its subsidiary in Argentina. If you are a professional who is a strong team player and has a strong interest in the perfumes and cosmetics business, this would be a good match!
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the brand business. Control & supervision of the P&L to achieve the Operational Profit defined by LATAM region. Expenses control, investments follow-up, commercial negotiations & strategic decisions working closely with Finance Dept.
2. Responsible for the brand image: visual merchandising plans & implementation. Point of sales image & animations working closely with Mkt. Department.
3. Annual negotiations with retailers, sales objectives, and investment plans as well as special dates & animations.
4. Supervision of the Imports and product orders to France in order to have a correct stock.
5. Responsible for the communication strategy of the brand: supervision of the Media Plan & PR Plan developed by the Mkt. Team according to the international guidelines.
6. Coordination & supervision of the Commercial, Digital, CRM & Marketing teams in order to establish priorities, action plans, marketing plan, commercial plans and teams evolution.
Perfil
Skills and knowledge:
1. Previous experience in Marketing and/or Sales management.
2. Luxury goods / retail industry preferred.
3. Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or similar. MBA is a plus.
4. Must have a retail mindset, analytical skills & results driven.
5. Proven leadership history.
6. Passion for beauty.
