MI Analyst - Customer Services We are looking for an individual who is experienced in MI Reporting, where you will be responsible for creating and producing reports focusing on all departments within Operations. This is a new and exciting role that could evolve in the future, so we need someone who is driven to continue to learn and develop their skills in their position. Being a confident communicator, you will interact with all areas of the business (including with internal and external stakeholders), and must be confident in all areas of producing reports, data analysis and manipulating data. The Role: Produce reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and as required. Maintain high internal control standards to assess report accuracy and data integrity, ensuring the necessary governance and controls are maintained. Provide support for risk identification, assessment and mitigation through the provision and analysis of data, and assistance with interpretation/application of regulatory rules. Analyse the impact of any changes in operational reporting requirements. Prepare documentation on any changes in methodology or assumption.How could you stretch the role: Support the management team to deal with questions from stakeholders around information within the reports. Supportive work relationship with line managers and fellow team members.Requirements: Key Experience & Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, ideally gained in the Financial Services industry. Excellent MI reporting experience, also ideally gained in the Financial Services industry. Strong analytical skills, able to perform data analysis across a variety of business units and products. Keen understanding of the control and reconciliation process over data. Competencies in Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Microsoft Access. Attributes & Behaviours: Self-motivated, able to work under your own initiative. Flexible, keen to take on ad-hoc tasks. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
