* Connecting our leaders, teams, and partners to collaborate on solutions, clarify and align expectations and enhance communications
Some key in-flight workstreams as part of the Lab Experience Program are:
* Listening channel: a user-friendly technology solution to enable scientists to identify blockers in the lab so they can be raised, tracked, and addressed in a timely manner
* Leader-led gembas: bringing together leaders and scientists in the lab to identify problems and improve the lab experience at GSK
* HBSM simplification: streamlining human sample management (collecting, storing, and disposal) by supporting mindful reduction of collection size, central sample management & implementing standardized and simplified ways of working.
* Safety simplification: Simplified, broadly applicable centralized risk assessments, ensuring the expectations for safety are risk-based and that CAPAs are addressed in a prioritized and resource-considered approach.
* Lab experience of the future: Developing a vision for the lab experience of the future by bringing outside perspectives in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to improve RDES processes to support science
* Collect and analyze data to provide valuable insights to improve delivery
* Develop a triaging process to determine priority for the concerns coming through the Listening Channel and drive resolution
* Create a process that will allow RDES to track status/next steps/resolution of each request
