The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a variety of needs, working across different age groups, from 2 to 18 years old. You will help students engage with the curriculum, ensuring that their individual learning requirements are met while promoting a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities include: Supporting students with a range of SEN, including behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties. Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons and activities tailored to students' individual needs. Helping to maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere. Encouraging the development of social and emotional skills in students. Providing one-on-one and group support, ensuring students are actively engaged in learning. What We’re Looking For Experience working with students with SEN. Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with children with diverse needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for supporting students in a positive and inclusive learning environment. School Hours Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8.30am to 3.30am.
