About The Role
AgilityEco are recruiting for a Resolution Coordinator to join the team in either our Sutton or Aylesbury office on a hybrid basis.
Are you a good communicator who has a passion for resolving problems? Within this role you'll be engaging and resolving queries with both energy clients and installer stakeholders that we work with, supporting a highly analytical, risk and governance-led function.
The role will involve working alongside Compliance Analysts, Reporting Analysts and Finance and it sits underneath our Submissions Team Lead and will be instrumental in ECO delivery function!
What you'll be doing:
* Ensuring that all records are updated regularly and preparing accurate reports for senior management and stakeholders.
* Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Stay ahead of all relevant changes to guidance from Funder partners, DESNZ and Ofgem.
* Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.
What we need from you:
* Experience with Excel.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* Preferred but not essential - Knowledge and experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) including scheme rules and compliance requirements.
