Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Inpatient Tobacco Dependency Service, based at Queens Hospital Burton (UHDB). This is a unique opportunity to join developing services, as well as support and contribute toward the existing Staffordshire Integrated Stop Smoking Service at Everyone Health Staffordshire. These roles are full time and delivering the service over Monday-Friday, with some flexibility to deliver evening and weekend work. The Tobacco Dependency Advisor will be responsible for supporting inpatients, to deliver Stop Smoking or Temporary Abstinence support at bedside, and provide personalised treatment plans, provision of pharmacotherapy and a discharge plan. This will be a challenging but extremely rewarding role.
