Location: Heysham 2 Power Station, Morecambe

Your Role
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll manage engineering documentation, contractor selection, feasibility studies, and compliance. You'll work on a variety of technical and construction projects at Heysham 2, a power station that has generated enough zero-carbon electricity to power Lancashire for 144 years!
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing and maintaining engineering documentation, quality plans, and technical specifications
* Managing technical queries and ensuring compliance with safety & regulatory standards
* Supporting contractor selection and contract placement
* Conducting technical appraisals, feasibility studies, and site surveys
* Leading technical reviews of contractor documents and drawings
* Preparing engineering changes and commissioning documents
What We're Looking For:
* Chartered Engineer or HND qualification
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* Experience managing construction projects under CDM
* Strong technical, organisational, and communication skills
* Power station/nuclear industry experience (preferred but not essential)
