INBOUND SALES/RETENTION EXECUTIVE - TALKE - A£24,000 BASIC SALARY + OTE A£36,000 & BENEFITS

INBOUND SALES/RETENTION EXECUTIVE JOB PURPOSE
Dealing with inbound enquiries, answering questions, and promoting the features and benefits of the business to secure new orders. Also dealing with existing customers through negotiation and objection handling to retain the customer. Dealing with the end-user consumer.
INBOUND SALES/RETENTION EXECUTIVE DUTIES
1. Dealing with high volume incoming calls
2. Respond promptly and professionally to new inbound sales enquiries
3. Provide potential customers with relevant information and guidelines
4. Promote the features and benefits to both new and existing customers
5. Assist existing customers with contract renewals to ensure the business is retained
6. Objection handling and negotiation
7. Meet and exceed targets for both new business and retention of existing business
8. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
9. Adapt to changing customer needs
10. Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer service practices
11. Have continual commercial awareness of changes within the business and the industry as a whole
