We arelooking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our established team atOaks Hospital and be part of our excitingjourney.
Youwill be delivering exceptional standards of clinical care to oursurgical patients working with a dedicated team and directlyreporting to the Ward Manager. You will also have theopportunity to broaden your nursing experience by managing a variedsurgical case mix.
You will be expected touse your excellent clinical and evidenced based knowledge toactively contribute to service development across the perioperativepathway, identifying opportunities and supporting individuals inthe delivery of high quality patient care and beresponsible for the running of the department in the absence ofthe ward manager, in turn fostering a culture that ispositive, free from blame and forward thinking while supportingstaff to meet theirgoals.
