Client Details My client is a leading provider in the industrial manufacturing space, with a focus on automotive, welding and fabrication equipment and services, committed to developing a culture of sustainable improvement. They are currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead and implement a comprehensive CI strategy across their operations. Having gained significant investment to build a brand-new site, they have year on year growth, solid cash flow and an people development first culture. Description Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business goals. Lead multiple CI projects, focusing on reducing waste and improving efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. Provide coaching and mentorship, becoming the go-to person for CI initiatives. Lead workshops and training sessions, enhancing Lean capabilities across the business. Report monthly data to senior management, ensuring progress on CI projects. Drive the digitalization of processes, including workflow systems and standardization. Profile Manufacturing Experience : Extensive background in manufacturing, particularly in heavy machinery or related industries. CI Expertise : Strong technical knowledge of Kaizen events, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools. Training Skills : Proven ability to design and deliver impactful CI training programs to diverse audiences, both skilled and unskilled. Green Belt (minimum) : Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt a plus). Analytical Mindset : Experience in using data to drive operational improvements and efficiencies. Soft Skills : Team player with strong emotional intelligence, humility, and a people-first leadership style.
