On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their welcoming team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a customer service environment, excellent administrative skills and will demonstrate strong communication skills.
The chosen candidate will be supporting the sales team, dealing with customers (both internal and external) to ensure that a consistently high level of service is provided.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency
Dealing with customers and clients via telephone calls and emails
Ensuring that outstanding customer service is demonstrated throughout each working day
Dealing with orders, returns, sales, and after sales service
Dealing with both internal and external customers
Handling general administrative duties where required Key Skills:
Previous experience within customer service
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
Demonstrates strong customer service skills
Works well as part of a team, however, is also able to use own initiative and be self-disciplined
Strong verbal and written communication skills
