Head Host / Duty Manager: SACO Nottingham.

We’re searching for a Head Host to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
As a key member of the reception team supervising and training the House Host team, and providing a memorable guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of the guest journey – from taking the initial reservation, to providing a warm welcome and making a lasting impression when our guests checkout.
In this role you will.
1. Be the ‘go to’ person for our guests, contractors and visitors
2. Provide memorable service at every stage of the guest journey
3. Continuously looking for opportunities to maximise revenue and occupancy levels
4. Identifying upselling opportunities
5. Training the House Host Team
6. Supporting the Assistant General Manager to ensure that our Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams consistently achieve a high standard of apartments
7. Participation in weekend shifts
8. Taking payments, cash handling and end of day reconciliation
9. Managing reservations and queries (through a variety of channels including online, email, phone and in person) in a professional and efficient manner
What we look for.
10. Proficiency in written and spoken English language
11. Customer Service Skills
12. Proficient with IT systems and software (including Microsoft Office)
13. Attention to detail/ Decision Making/ Sales Ability/ Influencing skills and managing expectations/ Problem Solving/ Time Management
14. Previous customer focused role in hospitality required (min. 1 year)

This is a full-time role where you will be working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
