2. Oversee the progress of technical issues handled by the team.
3. Use monitoring software to keep a close eye on clients’ IT systems.
4. Escalate issues promptly when necessary to ensure quick resolutions.
About You:
5. Previous experience in IT helpdesk support.
6. Strong knowledge of various IT systems.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Relevant IT qualifications.
9. GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
10. A UK driving license.
