***INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE*** We’re currently recruiting for Programme Co-ordinator to join our team on a part time basis.The role will support the Electric Vehicle Charging programme team, ensuring the smooth running of the programme its support systems and processes. This is a fixed term role of 3 days per week we’re also open to extending the role to 4 or 5 days per week.This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months.

As this is a national role, there is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.
What you'll be doing
You’ll support the delivery of electric vehicle charging solutions at our places provided by our national supplier, liaising with regional and property staff to facilitate the successful implementation of site specific projects. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and with property teams, external contractors and consultancy specialists where required. You’ll lead on communications and engagement plans, contributing to our programme culture of collaboration. You’ll proactively keep stakeholders and programme team members up to date, celebrating achievements and highlighting any risks or issues.Working within the appropriate project frameworks you’ll provide a clear audit trail for decisions and activities undertaken within projects, coordinating the reporting on progress against budgets, programme of work and funding. This is a part time, fixed term role of 3 per week for 12 months to cover maternity leave. We are also open to extending the hours.
